The information you provide in this Expression of Interest Form will be used in the initial stage of assessment as to whether to award funding for your project according to the criteria set out in the Guidelines & Notes for Expression of Interest Form (pdf) .

Please note that your project must focus on the improvement of health and well-being for the people of Swale and fall into one of the following three categories:

  • Healthy People
  • Healthy Environment
  • Healthy Social Economy

  7. How do you think the Higher Education Institutions (Universities at Medway) may assist and support you in achieving the objectives of this project?
